Caim Empowers Coaching
Coaching has been a significant part of the work of CAIM Empowers and one of the most enjoyable parts of what we do. Working directly with young people to support and guide them through co-produced approaches to addressing societal issues through active participation, participatory democracy, and civic engagement.
Director of Services, Faye Hayden is the project coach on two European Solidarity Corps projects:
- Neurodiversity Connects and CarersConnected
Both projects have been running successfully throughout 2025 and engaging several young people from around Ireland, and coaching has included development in various areas of project management and personal development of the project team and its leaders.
This has included:
- Budget planning
- Financial record keeping
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Risk assessments
- Time Management
- Reflective practice
- Theory of change
- Youthpass competency development
- Media training
- Website development Home | Carersconnected
- Report writing
- Evaluation
